Depending on the length and quality of the posts you will be given gain on your stats.You need to get graded by an admin, to put the pl gain on stat page, and admin needs to get graded by another admin
STAT Gain
After you get your grade, immidiately add your gains.
Story training 500 to pl, 50 zenie and .25 Bp.
spars 1500 to pl ,100 zenie, and 1 bp for ten replys .
ko Battle are 5k to pl for winner 4k for loser 250 zenie, Bp 4 per ten replys
Death match is 15k to pl 10k for the dead one. 500 zenie, Bp 5 per ten replys
Quest battle 10k per Bp 1 per 10 posts and you keep what you find on dead bodys.
Gravity training
Every time you go up ten you have to write atleast a 100 word to 200 word rp on reaching a new level.
10x gives 20% bonus to total pl gained with weight training.
20x = 35
30x = 45
40x = 55
50x = 70
60x = 80
70x = 90
80x = 100
90x = 110
100x = 120 bonus to total gain in training.
At 100x your weights are 2.2 x normal weight
